ABOUT SKIM MILK
Skim Milk is the solo project of clarinetist/producer Sam Davidson. Often funky and at other times ethereal, Skim Milk is rooted in a love of exploring old music and mixing it with new ideas. Davidson’s music digs deep through musical history, pulling up obscure samples and transforming them into something entirely personal. He has released three albums: Skim Milk (2014), Ghosts of Jazz (2015) and Fingerprints (2017). Davidson plays Légère Reeds exclusivley.
